Clicking Instant Message…Send an Instant Message displays the message entry dialog box. This behaves identically to clicking on a time or message in the time-based message selection section. However, once your message is entered in the message entry dialog box, the message will be sent out immediately and will not be displayed in the time-based message selection section.
