The Options section of the Cell Mate menu bar allows you to configure Cell Mate non-user specific parameters. In this section, you can change the Default Email Settings, display the standard Windows “Internet Options” dialog box, toggle whether or not to automatically load Cell Mate at startup, and toggle whether Cell Mate starts on the desktop or in the System Tray.
